Which data are we collecting?
The first name, last name, e-mail, phone number, address, date of birth, the employer.
How do we treat your data and who has access to it?
We can legally provide your data to our service providers. The service providers may e.g. include shipping companies, reservation system providers, SMS system providers and the website administrators of our company. All information is technically secured through organisational measures, so that it cannot be randomly or illegally accessed, amended, destroyed, lost and/or otherwise misused. These measures primarily include rules for work with information systems, personal data processing only by designated staff, protection of rooms and PCs with the databases against the intrusion of third parties and the confidentiality obligation for persons involved in personal data processing.
For what purpose are we using your data?
We are using your data for easier ordering, payments and tracking of your visits to PLANET ZEN, for reading your credit card discounts as part of your membership in the Harmony Club, for contact in emergency situations and for sending our business messages, also via electronic means (SMS, e-mail).
